A rare, unusual and fabulous Victorian rose gold stirrup with a horseshoe locket pendant that swings! We think that the stirrup is heavily rolled-gold while the locket is a higher carat of gold. It measures 1-3/4" from the very top of the ring and it is 1" wide. It weighs 4.5 grams. The stirrup hangs on a leathers and buckle bail which is the same on the reverse side. The horseshoe is nicely detailed and the locket is an etched swirled design. The locket opens and closes with a good click. This pendant is an exceptional piece of antique equestrian jewelry sure to make any horse lover happy. It will come on the new rose gold-filled chain shown!
