Amazing customer service

I ordered earrings for my wife for Valentine's Day. They were out of stock and I was offered a chance to order something different. But I didn't want anything else. They were shipped express mail (at no additional charge) without telling me. What an amazing surprise it was to have them in time for Feb 14th! I don't remember ever before having such an extraordinary example of customer service.
